Kaliah Johnson
HR Business Partner | Royal Caribbean – Perfect Day at Coco Cay
A Bahamian native with a lifelong connection to the maritime and tourism industry, her very name originates from a vessel. Kaliah Johnson is proud to work at Royal Caribbean Group’s private destination, Perfect Day at CocoCay.
In just five years of her tenure with the company, Kaliah has worked her way up the Human Resources department. Her journey began as an HR admin, then HR Specialist and is currently an HR Business Partner at CocoCay.
She credits her success with the opportunities for development and training available to RCG employees, including an onsite mentor with years of experience at the company.
Kaliah mentioned that she is continuing to propel her career forward by “always looking to enhance her professional growth by taking full advantage of all opportunities for development.”
