Fabio Fregatto
Guest Services | Wonder of the Seas
Fabio Fregatto has been with Royal Caribbean Group for a short while, only a year and a half, and yet he’s made his way from Housekeeping to Guest Services.
“I asked the HR Manager for an opportunity to be interviewed for a role in the Guest Services team,” Fabio said, “even though it was my first contract, I had prior experience.” Fabio’s initiative and desire to grow within the company got him to where he is today – working in the Guest Services Team onboard Wonder of the Seas.
Fabio is outspoken and enjoys chatting with guests and knew that he wanted to do more while onboard, which sparked the desire to move to Guest Services. “When I was in Housekeeping, I was always talking with the guests, laughing with them and showing them I cared,” he shared. Now, at the front desk, Fabio has the distinct pleasure to chat with guests and help them resolve any issues within first contact.
Working for Royal Caribbean Group has been a dream come true for Fabio, who wanted to work for a company where he could grow professionally and have personal development. “This company challenges me to grow, and I have leaders who want me to grow as well,” Fabio said. “And the opportunity to work with people from all over the world, it’s priceless.”
Although Fabio’s contracts have kept him in the Caribbean, it doesn’t take away from his travel adventures. “My favorite place to visit is Perfect Day at CocoCay. It’s our beautiful private destination and everything is right there,” he shared, “it’s paradise. The beaches, the water, it’s just amazing.”
