The company prides itself on building the best ships and even better careers, all while upholding a commitment to doing the right thing. Passionate, innovative and unstoppable, the company opens the world to all employees

Based at the company’s South Florida campuses, the Corporate Summer Internship program is a vital talent pipeline for Royal Caribbean Group. By continuously investing in meaningful summer internship activities, Royal Caribbean Group ensures their interns take on significant projects aligned with business initiatives and providing exposure to various teams.

The Corporate Summer Internship is a full-time paid program available to rising college seniors. Over an exciting 10-week period, interns participate in projects supporting Royal Caribbean Group’s strategic plan. Led by the Early Career team, the program’s objectives are to:

– Identify top early talent.

– Provide best-in-class early talent programs.

– Create meaningful experiences that challenge interns and build their skills.

The interns are placed in various roles across the brands and departments, including Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Hotel Operations, Food and Beverage, Marketing/Sales, IT, Entertainment, New Build and more. Regardless of their department, interns innovate, collaborate and contribute to delivering exceptional experiences. They gain exposure to real-life business, working alongside the global workforce to develop relevant skills that enhance their resumes.

The interns work hard and play harder in their 10-week program, filled with learning and growth opportunities. They gain insights into the brands, learn from senior executives and leaders, participate in ship tours, attend wellness and health seminars, and refine their resumes and LinkedIn profiles to prepare for their post-graduation careers.

Next summer’s internship enrollment opens in September. For more on Royal Caribbean Group’s internship program, visit  Interns & Recent Grads on LinkedIn.

TESTIMONIALS

FROM OUR INTERNS

“My internship at Royal Caribbean Group has completely exceeded my expectations. Before this summer, I had never learned business communication skills or even constructively received feedback at a corporate level. With this internship, not only was I able to expand my network, but I was also allowed to sit in the room and have conversations with company leaders. I will never forget this summer experience and the memories and knowledge gained.”

“The company culture here at RCG is hard to come by. I have worked and connected with the wonderful employees here, not only on my team but with different departments. I have noticed that every employee comes in excited to work and see their fellow coworkers, which is a dream come true for me. Everyone deserves to work in a comfortable workspace that encourages collaboration and hard work, and Royal Caribbean Group does a great job at delivering on that.”
